The title of this piece gave me a reminder of one of my poems, “Hybrid” written ten years ago. Prior to the Pandemic, the world seems quite analogue, agreed, we have advanced technologically, but it was not as much as it is currently after we have experienced the pandemic. For instance, business meeting migrated online and other events turned hybrid.
What does this mean? Our lives have been transformed and we now live in a hybrid world. The new world order will bring almost to zero the excuses of the past as we can be “zoomed” or “Google met” in a meeting room from our devices at any time of the day.
It’s another week where we need to touch the world positively in this hybrid format.
